Easy to use High lighters allow you to mark sections of text. Set the software to mark Not Found Words and transfer them to your Customer Specific User Dictionary where you can manually control the translation output. This new color coding makes it easy to identify different sections.

Translation Memory (TM) - Translation memory is a term used to describe a larger type of translation dictionary that you can build. Think of it like a database that lets you store previously translated sentences and phrases and reuse them.

The Translation Memory gives you the tools to control complete sentences. Using Translation Memory to offer suggestions to sentences that either exactly match or are slightly different to those in previous translations. The next time you translate a document with that phrase or sentence it will let you choose the stored version or you can edit a new one. Human translators use translation memory tools a lot to not only provide consistent translations but speed up the translation process.

Translation memory is extremely useful for highly repetitious text, achieves terminology consistency, especially when several people work on the same project. Translation Sentence Review - This is an invaluable tool that can greatly increase the accuracy of a translation by alerting you to ambiguities in a document. For example there are many words that can be spelled the same but have a different meaning, "ship" can be a noun or verb, a ship on the ocean or, to ship a package. If there is any question on word usage then this handy tool will pop up a list of words and let you choose how you want to use it in the sentence. You would be surprised how many times this tool will make the difference in translation results.

Multi Translate Utility (Batch File Translation) - The ability to translate multiple documents extends productivity level to the maximum. Quickly group and manage multiple translations simultaneously. 

SYSTRAN Multi Translate Utility (SMTU) is designed for users who perform a large number of translations. Using SMTU, you can place documents into groups (or batches) and translate them in one operation.

As shown, you can prioritize the order in which files are translated, specify destination file locations for the translated files, as well as other processing options at one time with SYSTRAN Multi Translate Utility.

Normalization Dictionary (ND)
SYSTRAN Professional Premium only Normalization Dictionaries provide a way to normalize source text before translation or normalize target text after translation.

Example, terms like "4u" that are used in chat-type environments can be defined as "for you." You can also use the Normalization Dictionary to standardize spellings. If your company uses the term "online" instead of "on-line," for example, you can use the ND to ensure that the appropriate instance of "online" is used. (20,000 entries)

Multi-Target Dictionary Feature - Simplify building your custom dictionary. Create one custom dictionary for all languages. If you are translating documents into more than language this feature will eliminate the need to create a separate custom dictionary for each language. Example, add a word to your custom dictionary and you have separate columns for the the translation of this word in Spanish, French, German, Japanese etc.

Dictionary Direct Import of Not Found Words
The software can detect any words that are not in the main dictionary and highlight them. You can automatically export any not found words from a document directly to your Customer Specific Dictionary with one click so you can easily add your own terminology.

Includes: 20 Additional Terminology Dictionaries - Thousands of additional terms are available in dictionaries that are prebuilt for in specific industry categories. Using these dictionaries can dramatically increase the accuracy. For example, the word 'mouse' in general relates to a rodent, but with the Professional Premium version you can turn on the Computer Dictionary and the software will translate 'mouse' as related to a computer device.
